Poocho Research Technologies Private Limited (“Poocho,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) develops and operates an online venue where Poocho and other companies or groups (hereinafter referred to as “Researcher”) create web application-based research projects and surveys (collectively “Studies”) for interested individuals (collectively called “Participants”) to participate in, in the form of scheduled interviews, surveys, testing, or other research method in which Participants provide feedback to or otherwise interact directly with Researchers (collectively “Sessions”) for research purposes.
This Agreement explains the terms by which you may use the Poocho website at
www.poocho.co, mobile application (whether Android or iOS version) (the “App”) and/or any other website, widget, mobile application, or other related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the applicable Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other terms of use applicable to the Platform (“Agreement”). This Agreement or part thereof may be updated from time to time in our sole discretion with the updates being effective when posted on the Platform or when we otherwise notify you of such updates. We may make such revisions without prior notice to you, so please check back often for updates and prior to entering into any Study as a Researcher or a Participant.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A WAIVER OF CLASS-ACTION RIGHTS.
Your continued use of the Platform after such time signifies your acceptance of this Agreement. Now, please read the document carefully.
