Poocho Research Technologies Private Limited (“Poocho,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) develops and operates an online Platform (as described in our Terms & Conditions) where Poocho and other companies or groups (hereinafter referred to as “Researcher”) create web application-based research projects and surveys (collectively “Studies”) for interested individuals (collectively called “Participants”) to participate in, in the form of scheduled interviews, surveys, testing, or other research method in which Participants provide feedback to or otherwise interact directly with Researchers (collectively “Sessions”) for research purposes.
This Privacy Policy (‘‘Privacy Policy’’) is meant to help Researchers and Participants understand what information we collect, why we collect it, what information we disclose and how the Users can update, manage, export, and delete their information. It shall be read with our
Terms and Conditions and in compliance with the following, as applicable from time to time:
i. The Information Technology Act, 2000;
ii. The Information Technology(Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the “IT Rules”);
iii. The Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011;
iv. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023;
v. Any other applicable laws.
